The Carlton Landing Foundation keeps limited office hours because much of the team’s work happens out in the community during evenings and weekends. The team is on site when guests and visitors need them most—during events and programming. Their roles often take them beyond the office, so the best way to reach them is by email or by setting up an appointment. The office can also be reached by phone during regular business hours.

Alice Canada, Executive Director
Alice Canada has served as Executive Director of the Carlton Landing Foundation since November 2023. She leads the Foundation’s efforts to strengthen community life through thoughtful programming, partnerships, and initiatives that bring people together. Alice is passionate about building meaningful experiences that reflect the spirit of Carlton Landing—welcoming, connected, and community-focused.

Madison Conder, Community Program Coordinator
Madison serves as the Community Programming Coordinator for the Carlton Landing Foundation, overseeing the Pop-Up Shops, Food Trucks, and wellness programming within the community. She works closely with vendors, instructors, and partners to cultivate engaging programs and experiences that support local businesses, encourage healthy living, and contribute to the vibrant culture of Carlton Landing.

Event Staff
Our seasonal Event Staff play an important role in bringing Carlton Landing Foundation programming to life. Made up largely of local team members, they help staff the Pop-Up Shops, support Movie Nights, and assist with community activities throughout the year. Their friendly presence and dedication help create the welcoming, community-centered experiences that make Carlton Landing special.
