Get ready for an unforgettable day of music, community, and charm at Porchfest 2025 in Carlton Landing! This unique festival transforms the community’s inviting porches into live music stages, where talented local and regional musicians perform throughout the day. Wander the picturesque streets of Carlton Landing as you enjoy a diverse lineup of music, from soulful acoustic melodies to lively band performances, all while surrounded by the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Carlton Landing on beautiful Lake Eufaula.

Maps will be available at The Meeting House (20 Boulevard) on Friday and Saturday. Make sure to stop by and grab a map and check out everything The Meeting House has to offer!

This year Porchfest will take on its traditional format which will allow for the exploration of several Carlton Landing pocket neighborhoods! Explore Boulevard, Firefly Park, Redbud Park, and Lincoln Square. The day will end on Water Street with a performance on the porch at Milo and Lily and a final band on the stage at the Festival Lawn.

Don’t know your way around? Just look for the Foundation staff or the Foundation golf cart—we’ll have maps, water, and all the info you need to keep the day rolling smoothly.

The Carlton Landing Foundation will have staff on foot to guide you from porch to porch, and will also have free water and additional maps on our Golf Cart!

Official Porchfest Tees at the Pop-Up Shops from 12 PM – 6 PM on Saturday! Supplies are limited, so come early and wear your Porchfest pride.

The Pop-Up Shops will be open from 12 PM – 6 PM and there will be Food Trucks on the Festival Lawn.

In addition to the music, the festival features delicious offerings from food trucks, shopping at the Pop-Up Shops, and plenty of activities to make the day fun for the entire family. Porchfest is more than a music festival; it’s a celebration of community, creativity, and the unique charm of Carlton Landing. Join us and experience the magic of music on every corner!

Get ready for an incredible live performance by Max, a rising singer-songwriter from Tulsa, Oklahoma! Catch him on the porch of The Crown at 15 Boulevard at 11:00 AM as he brings his heartfelt lyrics and guitar-driven melodies to Porchfest. Inspired by artists like Zach Bryan, Koe Wetzel, and Tyler Childers, Max blends raw storytelling with the grit of rock and country.

Join us at 12:00 PM at 22 Firefly on Firefly Park for an unforgettable performance by Leigh Ann and Scott Matthews! This husband-and-wife duo has been performing across Oklahoma for over 25 years, bringing their signature harmonies and acoustic sound to audiences far and wide.

From oldies and 70s soft rock to blues, western, and country, their diverse setlist offers something for everyone. Leigh Ann, an accomplished songwriter, often weaves in original songs alongside beloved classics. The Matthews have graced stages at the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame, Blake Shelton’s Ole Red, Dusk Till Dawn Blues Festival, and more!

Catch Derik Jordan live at 12:50 PM at 15 Redbud for an electrifying set you won’t want to miss!

Hailing from Pahrump, Nevada, Derik picked up the guitar at age 11 and has been rocking ever since. From blues clubs in Chicago to winning the King of The Blues contest in Las Vegas (2011), his journey has taken him across the country, and now to Oklahoma. Since moving to Checotah in 2021, he’s performed at The Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame and the Down Home Blues Club.
