Throughout the year, the Carlton Landing Foundation hosts a wide variety of experiences open to the public. From festive holiday traditions and seasonal celebrations like the Fall Festival and Christmas Tree Bonfire, to summer favorites such as outdoor movie nights and Cardboard Boat Regatta, our events invite all ages to enjoy the spirit of community.
Whether you’re here for just a few hours, spending a couple of days, or making Carlton Landing your home, we encourage you to experience everything we have to offer.
Family Game & Movie Night
Join us on the Festival Lawn for Family Game & Movie Night, held Fridays from May through July and during special event weekends. Arrive early for classic games led by Foundation staff, and stay for an outdoor movie under the stars. Enjoy free popcorn from the Carlton Landing Foundation and grab a bite from food trucks parked on the lawn.

Community Favorites
Carlton Landing is full of events that celebrate connection, creativity, and local culture. Our Porchfest Music Festival brings live music to porches throughout the community, while the Cardboard Boat Regatta invites participants of all ages to craft and race their own boats for fun and friendly competition. Gather around the bonfire for cozy evenings of storytelling and camaraderie, or experience the magic of our Holiday Home Tour, showcasing beautifully decorated homes and spreading seasonal cheer. Holidays
Holidays in Carlton Landing feel a little more magical. Children dash across the lawn in search of Easter eggs, families gather under the summer sky to watch fireworks on the 4th of July, and neighbors warm their hands by the bonfire as autumn settles in. During the holiday season, homes open their doors in a glow of light and beauty for the Holiday Home Tour, filling the town with cheer.
