The mission of the Carlton Landing Social Welfare Foundation 501(c)4 is to enhance the collective well-being and prosperity of the entire community of Carlton Landing. We achieve this by fostering initiatives and programs that bolster community bonds and promote the overall strength and vitality of our town.
Membership
Carlton Landing homeowners are granted full membership privileges within the Carlton Landing Social Welfare Foundation as part of their residency. However, for individuals residing outside our community who share a deep affinity for Carlton Landing, we extend the opportunity to become Supporter Members. By opting for our Supporter Membership, individuals can enjoy the benefits and services provided by the Carlton Landing Social Welfare Foundation upon payment of a membership fee.
Scholarship
The Carlton Landing Social Welfare Foundation is honored to award our $2500 Carlton Landing Foundation Scholarship every year to two outstanding students from our community.
We are proud to send young adults to the next chapter of their education instilled with our values of family, creation, and simplicity.
Board of Directors
The board is comprised of five dedicated directors that operate with a focus on transparency, accountability, and community impact. The Board collaborates to set strategic goals, oversee organizational activities, and ensure the effective management of resources. The Executive Director (Alice Canada) provides leadership and guidance in day to day operations but is not a voting member of the board. The Executive Director works closely with the board to drive the mission forward and serve the community. Through open communication and shared vision, the Executive Director and Board of Directors strive to make informed decisions that positively impact Carlton Landing.
