The Pop-Up Shops

The Pop-Up Shops are a cornerstone of life in Carlton Landing, proudly maintained and operated by the Carlton Landing Social Welfare Foundation, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit. This program was created to support local makers, artists, and small businesses by giving them a space to share their craft, connect with customers, and grow their passions in a supportive community setting. Every purchase supports not only the vendors but also the Foundation’s ongoing work to keep this beloved community amenity thriving.

Whether you’re visiting for a day or spending the weekend, a stop at the Pop-Up Shops is part of the full Carlton Landing experience.

Become a Vendor

Being a vendor at the Carlton Landing Pop-Up Shops means joining a vibrant community of makers, artists, and small business owners who bring creativity and variety to Water Street. Spaces are limited and fill up quickly, and while not all applications are accepted, each vendor is thoughtfully selected to ensure a unique and high-quality shopping experience.

The program is managed by our dedicated Vendor Coordinator, who helps support vendors throughout the season and keep the Pop-Ups running smoothly. More than just a place to sell, the Pop-Up Shops are about connection—building relationships with customers, other vendors, and the broader Carlton Landing community.
