Our Motherโs Day Workshops & Wellness offerings invite moms (and those who love them!) to slow down and enjoy meaningful time together through hands-on creative workshops and uplifting wellness experiences.

Show Up Steady: Mothering without Burnout | 10:00 AM โ 11:00 AM

In this one-hour interactive workshop, moms will learn how their emotional energy shapes the atmosphere of their home and how to shift from reactive stress to steady leadership in real time. Through practical teaching, guided reflection, and live coaching examples, participants will gain simple tools to respond with clarity instead of overwhelm.
- Identify common stress patterns that lead to burnout

- Practice reframing triggers into steadier responses
- Walk away with a practical framework they can apply immediately at home

About the Instructor: Dana Byers is a former missionary and pastor, certified leadership coach, and founder of Kind Birdie, a faith based brand helping women exchange overwhelm for peace. Married since 2000 and a mom to three adult children, Dana is passionate about equipping women who love Jesus to lead, live, and serve with steadiness and confidence.

Kelli Lene brings over 30 years of experience in wellness, massage therapy, esthetics, and holistic health. A passionate educator and advocate for personal and professional growth, she has taught immersive workshops, retreats, and continuing education classes for practitioners and the community alike. Kelli specializes in creating hands-on, experiential learning that fosters self-awareness, emotional clarity, and sustainable wellness. She has trained extensively in both allopathic and holistic modalities, including Native American healing traditions, and continues to advance the wellness field through mentorship, curriculum development, and community-centered programs.
