Get ready for the most festive event of the season! The Holiday Home Tour 2025 invites you to explore the beauty and charm of Carlton Landing’s most stunning homes, each decorated to perfection for the holidays.
Stroll through beautifully decorated homes and experience the magic of the season with stunning interiors, festive lights, and holiday cheer around every corner. From cozy retreats to grand lakeview homes, each stop is filled with inspiration for your own holiday celebrations.
This is the perfect event for family, friends, and anyone looking to immerse themselves in the spirit of the season.
Check-in will be at the Carlton Landing Academy. You will receive your Holiday Home Tour bracelet, which will allow you access to the homes on the tour.
- Tickets are sold in staggered entry times.
- You may enter after your ticket time, but not before.
- Same-day tickets are released at 2:00 PM for $30.

All “Cup of Cheer” tickets have officially been sold! You can still purchase pre-sale tickets at $25 for 2:00 PM entry, but please note that all “Cup of Cheer” pre-sale tickets have been claimed. Pre-sale price ends at midnight Friday, December 12th.

Student Art Spotlight & Silent Auction
Featured on the porch of the 74 Boardwalk Home
This year’s Holiday Home Tours include something truly special—a CLA Student Art Silent Auction. Our Carlton Landing Academy students spent an inspiring afternoon creating original Christmas-themed artwork at Cowabunga on Down and Udderly Art in McAlester. A curated selection of their pieces will be available in a silent auction during the tours. I invite visitors to browse, enjoy, and bid on their favorites throughout the day.
