Freedom Fest in Carlton Landing is a three-day celebration from July 2nd to July 4th, filled with fun and patriotic activities for the whole family. Join us as we celebrate our nation’s independence with a lineup of exciting events, including live music, fireworks, delicious food vendors, and engaging community activities. Bring your friends and family to enjoy the festivities and create lasting memories in the heart of our beautiful lake community.
Food Trucks – Thursday, Friday & Saturday, Festival Lawn.
The Pop-Up Shops on Water Street will be open Friday (6-9 PM) & Saturday (10 AM-2 PM & 5-9 PM)
Thursday (July 2nd)
- 8 PM – Family Game & Movie Night, Festival Lawn, Movie Starts at Dark
Friday (July 3rd)
- 5 PM-9 PM – Freedom Fest Party (Foam Cannon, Water Slide) Water Street.
- 5 PM-9 PM – Live Music, Water Street. (Pop-Up Shops Open).
LIVE MUSIC
- 5 PM-6:30 PM, Max Goen, on the Pop-Up Stage
- 7 PM – 9 PM, Cash Carrico Band on the Festival Lawn Stage

Saturday (July 4th)
Bike Parade
10 AM – Bike Parade, meet at Pavilion Park. (Decorate at 9:30 AM, leaves at 10 AM.)
To ensure the safety of all participants, motorized vehicles are not permitted in the Bike Parade, including golf carts. We understand this is a change from recent years. However, as the event has grown, so has the need to prioritize safety for our young riders and their families. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep this a fun and safe event for everyone.



Water street
- 10 AM-2 PM – Pop-Up Shops open, Water Street.
- 5 PM-9:30 PM – Live Music, Festival Lawn. (Pop-Up Shops Open).
- 9:15 PM – Fireworks.
LIVE MUSIC
- 5PM-6:30 PM, Avery Brown, on the Pop-Up Stage
- 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Chris Kizzia on the Festival Lawn Stage
The Foundation Tent will have free water & popcorn Friday & Saturday.
Fireworks Display
Due to changes in the location we have previously used, we will be launching from Tallgrass Drive. This location is at a high elevation, and fireworks will be viewable throughout the community.
Recommended locations for viewing include Firefly Park and Lincoln Square. If choosing to view from the Overlook, please be considerate of parking restraints and walk to the Overlook. If you must drive, please take as few vehicles as possible.
All parking rules will apply during the Fireworks display and will be enforced.
